Your pet's name and your phone number is laser engraved to the metal plate attached to the front of each collar so your information can be easily found if your pet ever gets out!
These premium pet collars are designed with your pet's comfort and style in mind. The inside of the collar features a padded material to make sure the collar fits comfortably on your furry friend.
We can create collars at 5 different sizes to fit any neck size. Please be sure to view the Size Chart before ordering to ensure you order the correct size collar. If you need help ordering be sure to contact us and we'd be happy to assist!
Each collar is hand made to order, meaning the collar is crafted after an order is placed. For that reason, please allow 2-3 weeks (depending on order demand) for the collar to be delivered to you.

Packaging and Shipping Times
92% of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the day you place your order. We ship our products from our Nashville, TN location via USPS.
For customers living in the United States, your orders will be sent via USPS First Class Mail which takes 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday) to deliver.
For customers outside the United States, your order will be sent via USPS First Class International mail which takes anywhere from 5-20 business days (Monday - Friday) to deliver.
Please note - We are required by law to state the value of the items inside international packages which may lead to customs fees being owed when the package is delivered. Any customs fees owed are the responsibility of the customer.

Shortly after opening our doors, we decided it was important to give back to the animal lover community.
We have seen first hand the overcrowding problem many shelters across the United States are facing, and with increasing numbers of animals being taken into shelters, the shelters are facing crippling costs when it comes to food.
We decided that was something we could help with, which is why a portion of every purchase is donated to Greater Good,an independent charitable organization devoted to addressing the health and well-being of animals.
These donations are used to buy nutritious,high quality pet food for the countless dogs and cats in animal shelters shelters and rescue organizations nationwide.
To date, we've been able to donate enough funds to cover the cost of over 150,000 meals for animals living in shelters!

Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order contains a damaged or missing item(s), please contact us and we will arrange replacements to be sent to you at our expense.
Some of the items offered on our website are items that can be customized by our customers. For these personalized items, we do not offer refunds. We can only offer exchanges for a replacement if there is a mistake made on our end in the customization process, such as a misprint or delivery of a damaged item.
