  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Customer will pay cost of return shipping to our mailing address below
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment
  • Item(s) must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for a full refund
  • Upon delivery of your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed (if applicable)

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order contains a damaged or missing item(s), please contact us and we will arrange replacements to be sent to you at our expense. 

Customized Items

Some of the items offered on our website are items that can be customized by our customers. For these personalized items, we do not offer refunds. We can only offer exchanges for a replacement if there is a mistake made on our end in the customization process, such as a misprint or delivery of a damaged item.
